Nurturing Nest Montessori does not practice discrimination based upon race, color or national origin. Preference will be given to families already enrolled at Nurturing Nest. Openings are filled on a first come, first served basis with effort made to balance the ages in our mixed age classrooms.
Infant Program: Children may enroll at 3 months based on availability
PrePrimary Program: Children may enroll at 18 months based on availability
Primary Program: Children may enroll at 2 years 6 months based on availability
Kindergarten: Children must be 5 years old on or before September 1st. Children turning 5 from 9/2 – 10/14 may request to be considered for a Kindergarten year. This policy is consistent with Maryland State Department of Education policies.
** Recommendation for a Pre-First year will be made during the Kindergarten year based on observation of the child’s academic progress and social maturity.
